Overall Tracking of Construction Projects

CEA Orphanage Construction Project

Construction of the CEA Orphanage Facility

We have funds to begin the construction but will need more funding from wonderful donors and supporters, such as you, to complete the construction phase and have additional funds to support the first year of operational costs.

We will need at least an additional $50,000 USD more (updated 5 November 2016) to complete the first phase of construction of our facility (building the exterior fence and the first of several children’s homes inside the orphanage).

Project Status: IN PROGRESS
Priority: High

We are making great progress in fulfilling the dream of our “house of hope” which will provide residential care for orphans, as well as; abandoned, abused, or children in dire circumstances.

We are still processing the purchase of our property in Tanjay City as well as a zoning change from agricultural to institutional. We have an architect working on the conceptual plan for the facility based on the recent survey of the land and our specifications.

While we are excited and encouraged with our progress we understand we still have a ways to go to be fully operational. The upcoming construction phase will take many months of work.

We have funds to begin the construction but will need more funding from wonderful donors and supporters, such as you, to complete the construction phase and have additional funds to support the first year of operational costs.

We will need at least an additional $50,000 USD (updated 5 November 2016) to complete the first phase of construction of our facility, building the exterior fence and the first of several planned children’s homes inside the orphanage.

With your generous support, we plan to build an administration building, supply storage, director’s / staff quarters, children’s homes, gathering pavilion, and volunteer / guest cottages. We will also be landscaping the property with fruit trees, vegetable gardens, as well as ornamental and flowering plants.

Without your donations we have no way to make this dream a reality. We are legally registered as a non-profit organization and rely on the donations from you, our generous donors.

With the land purchase process to be completed soon we must secure the needed funds now to keep our momentum going and construct our facility for the children.

All donations are tax-deductible.
