What is the Job of the Resident Social Worker?
The resident social worker prepares and submits on time all the reports, supporting documents, and other filings to the DSWD. Her job is to protect the children under our care and to ensure that our child care/orphan care facility is fully compliant with all the pertinent rules and regulations of the DSWD.

About the Social Worker Position
The resident Social Worker position is an essential part of our facility. This is a full-time job at CEA and as such, the Social Worker is entitled to receive a monthly salary and all benefits mandated by law.
For this position, we seek to employ a licensed Social Worker who is genuinely interested in helping children while ensuring that our facility is in full compliance with the requirements of the DSWD. The Social Worker is energetic and diligent in ensuring that all the job-related tasks are performed and all paper works are submitted on time.
To succeed in this position, you must be willing and able to provide assistance to the children under our care, produce and deliver documents, filings, and reports on time, and have a solid understanding of the documents and other requirements needed to comply with DSWD rules & regulations governing orphan care facilities. As our mission has several core programs and initiatives, you will be working with people from different disciplines and are expected to be able to cooperate / work well with others and contribute to the team’s success.
