Travels in Texas & Other Updates | CEA December 2019 Newsletter

Georgia and I have been traveling here in Texas since the first week of November. So far we have had nothing but wonderful experiences and been shown such generous hospitality everywhere we visit. Thank you so much!

Church of Christ members
Members of the Toledo Bend church of Christ in Many, LA signing up to receive the CEA Newsletter or sponsor children at our orphan care facility, December 2019.

It is a blessing to meet new people and visit with congregations we have not visited before. We will also be reunited with donors and congregations that already support our evangelism efforts in the Philippines while here.

Your prayers for our safe travels are greatly appreciated.

Our parents, Ron & Pat Brown, left shortly after our arrival for SE Asia and are currently in Thailand. While they are away we are blessed to have the use of their Fleetwood RV for accommodations and travel! Thanks, Dad & Mom!

Welcome home, Angelo!

Angelo BalauroWe have a new member to our first children’s home family — Angelo Balauro.

Angelo is from Bindoy, Negros Oriental which is about 44 miles north of Tanjay City. He is 13 years old and wants to become a fireman! His single mother is unable to properly care for him for various reasons.

He is happy to be at Casa Esperanza of Angels and we are excited for him to be a part of our Casa Esperanza family!

The Orphan Care program of Casa Esperanza of Angels Philippine Mission is designed to shelter orphaned, abandoned, neglected, and abused children in Tanjay City, Philippines. To find out more about this program, please click here.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and advanced Happy New Year! We are so very thankful and blessed to have such generous and caring donors and supporters like you for the mission work we are doing in the Philippines.

CEA Family season greetings

This will be the first Christmas at Casa Esperanza of Angels with the newly added children there. You have brought us here to this point in our mission.

Because of all your encouragement, prayers, and generosity we have finally reached the milestone of opening up our doors to begin caring for children in need and sharing the love of God with them.
