Our search for a licensed social worker continues. We desperately need to find a qualified individual as quickly as possible. We are also always on the lookout for qualified workers in other areas that have a true heart for children…the work is quite challenging and requires a great deal of patience.

As mentioned in a previous newsletter, Christmas will be here before you know it! We will purchase gifts of equal value for all the children and have a Christmas party. If you are able to add a small amount to your monthly support of $5-$10 to cover this cost, it would be greatly appreciated.
Construction Update
The roofing for our “Learning Center” has been ordered from the manufacturer, the electrical rough in is ongoing, a contractor for our audio/visual installation has been decided upon, our septic tanks are built, and exterior finish work is underway.

Focus on What’s Important!
In this world today of fast pace and endless distractions we sometimes lose focus. We lose focus on what is of upmost importance, we lose focus on priorities, we lose focus on our mission in life.
Here at CEA, we are focused on these precious children in our care. We are diligent each and every day, and attentive to their needs. They are, after all, the next leaders…in business, in their communities, and in the church. Isn’t that one of the most important things we can do?
We are stressing to them the importance of their relationship with God and the work of the church. If only we will focus on the importance of the church like we do our secular lives. If we will only give more importance to the business of the church than our own needs. If we will only manage the business of the church better than our own businesses…return calls/messages, be prompt and efficient, be diligent! (2 Timothy 2:15). Doesn’t God deserve that? Doesn’t He expect that?
I think so!
We need to meditate (Philippians 4:8), be diligent (1 Corinthians 9:24-27), abide in the doctrine (John 15:1-10), and not let one single thing distract us from what’s important (Mark 10:21) …FOCUS!
