why we're here

Extreme Poverty in the Philippines

More than a third of Filipinos live in poverty. Of the country’s 34 million children under 18, an estimated two million are orphans, and many more face abuse, neglect, or extreme need — often surviving on the street. Frequent natural disasters compound the struggle for survival.
